The CWCS Prom is March 24th from 7-11 PM at the Elkhorn Country Club’s Garden Room. The cost is $40 per person and all eligible 10^th, 11^th, and 12^th graders may attend. The theme is “A Night in Paris”. Dessert and refreshments will be provided. Leonard Photography will be available for formal pictures. See attached for package information. Payment for pictures is due at the time pictures are taken. Students who are interested in bringing a guest are required to fill out a guest pass. See attachments to this listserve.

Prom payment is made out to CWCS and mailed to:  CWCS, 12420 Bentley St. ~ Waterford, CA 95386

Mail the payment of $40.00 per person, registration form, and guest dance pass (if applicable) by

March 19th, 2012.  A formal invitation will then be sent. In case of emergency and you must cancel, please do so by March 21st, 2012 There will be a $10.00 per person cancelation fee.

4. The Garden Room is located near Elkhorn Golf course. Students will not be allowed on the greens of the golf course, and may not loiter in the parking lot or on Country Club premises outside of the Garden Room. Students who damage Elkhorn property will be responsible for all damages and related costs.
