Forms online. Integrate into our system better ways to update/correct information

Several ways to accomplish this:Online form service such as we have now at http://www.addaform.com. We currently have 9 forms available for free( I signed up before they closed the door). If we want more there will be a charge

These kinds of forms are good for surveys and could be used for intake forms for school, classes etc. The advantage is that they are web based, relatively cheap, can be available to everyone, and they are relatively easy to set up. When the data is forms like this it takes more time to then convert them and enter them into our FileMaker databases

A second possibilbity is to set up FileMaker files and publish them to the web with existing technologies. The advantage to this is the data could be set up to import more or less directly into the current databases saving data input time. The disadvantages are that there could be significant development time and/or cost involved

Would be much easier for ESs to be able to do this for family change of information (eliminate one or more steps).

Once it is determined which fields of information should be updated by ESs, a project could be created to change the database to allow input by the ES to update information in question. The important thing would be have agreement about exactly which fields are safe to have accessible by ES because with more people accessing the information there is greater possiblility of error.
