We are charged with evaluating and improving the existing communication system (see the excerpt from the visiting committee recommendations below).
I think the best way to proceed will be to brainstorm all the ways we currently communicate as a the school and then discuss which ways are most important, and what we can do to improve each way. V. Communication The visiting committee commends the school's efforts in providing information to the stakeholders via technology and the Education Specialists and recommends that the school evaluate the effectiveness of and continue to improve the existing communication system so that all stakeholders will have equal and timely access to information
