3 - 4:30 pm: Reception- ESs and families from outer areas to meet and greet visiting committee members. ELA, and Math Specialists. Also, members of the leadership team, parent & student focus groups will be present.

4:30 - 5:00 pm: Powerpoint

11:30-12:30 - Lunch

12:30- 2:00 - meet with parents, teachers, students, cp teachers, resource teachers

2:00-3:00 - observe Character First assembly and talk with parents and students

Location: Manteca Learning Center

1:00 - 3:00 pm - observe classes, talk to staff, parents, and students

Tuesday, March 8

Location: Manteca Learning Center

8:30-9:30- meet with assessment and accountability group; Dave & Lisa's groups; Becky Cote

9:30- 10:30 - Talk with special ed dept, counsel ring staff

10:30-11:30 - talk to and observe teacher/parent/student meetings; meet CP instructors

11:30- 12:30 - lunch

12:30- 2:00 - meet with IEM staff; Hr- John; vendor relations- Barb, records- Cary

2:00- 3:00- meet teachers and students

Location: Ceres/Modesto Learning Center

1:00 - 3:00- observe classes and talk to staff, instructors & students

Location: Waterford Unified School District Conference Center

6:00 pm - potluck dinner with (Parent Council) PC members

6:30 - PC meeting

6:30-7:00- WASC will meet with groups of PC members

8:30-10:00- small group: Sherri, Gary, Frank, Randy, Janet and/or Catherine, Marsha, Rolff, Dave Harris (Parent Council Chair)

10:30-12 pm- meet with everyone, teachers, parents, etc.
