4. Agenda for the 28th meeting - Home Group Agenda
   1. Will be Home group meeting (subject area groups)
   2. Task-make 3 recommendations of how to improve our program in your subject area
      and how to do that with our program– practical application to our school,
      1. What is it, describe the improvement.
      2. Who should accomplish this task
      3. When - a reasonable time line
   3. Specific task for the Math and English Home groups
      1. Create a Document that is a list of specific ordered, intervention steps that we could use for students underperforming in your area.
         e.g. tutoring, curriculum, delivery, more assessment to determine area of , test preparation, The final product should be a single sheet(?) document that could be carried by any ES to the meeting in the with the family.
      2. This would would accomplish several things. It would provide documented evidence of our effort to help all students. It would benefit the student and family with specific steps they could take to address the area of difficulty. It would help the ES with a list created by speicialists in this subject field. It would allow specialists in this subject to share their expertise.
