UNADOPTED MINUTES

1. Call to Order

The meeting was called to order at 7:10 pm, 219 N. Reinway Ave., Waterford, CA.

2. Approval of Agenda

Motion to approve by ******, 2^nd by ******. Vote-All Yes

3. Roll Call

There were 15 parent council members present.

4. Discussion/Action Items

The need for a bridge loan for Connecting Waters Charter School was explained by

The CWCS Director. The CWCS Director stated that we were unable to acquire our

First Apportionment. The CWCS Director also explained that the second

apportionment would not be received until November.

Many questions were raised concerning the loan. It was motioned by ****** to

table the vote until October 22, 2002, so that the Parent Council’s questions could be

answered. ****** seconded the motion. The motion was approved with 13 yes

votes and 4 no votes. The CWCS Director stated that answers would be emailed and

for council members to email any additional questions to her.

5. Adjournment

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
