Setting Up an ISP (Internet Service
Provider) for Your Students

Parent number and name
Student number and name for up to 2 email accounts
Number of email accounts--parent only, parent and 1 student,
or parent and 2 students (maximum allowed)

Remember, monthly deductions from your
IF budget continue until you make contact and ask for an account to be
terminated. (ISP accounts will remain active through the summer months for
continuing students.)
We are currently using Site Star as
our ISP vendor. The charge for internet access is $19.95 a month, and
it is deducted monthly from your ES account for each family with ISP services.
Internet services and monthly deductions will continue until you (the ES,
not the family) notify the office that you wish services to terminate.
ISP services will be activated once a month. For
activation/deactivation on the 1st of the month, please be sure all
paperwork will reach the IT department by the 25th of the preceding
month. Any notifications reaching IT after the 25th will start/stop
services the following month (in 5 weeks).
For any questions concerning ISP accounts for your families,
please email CWCS cwisp@connectingwaters.org.
(The questions will need to be sent in by the ESs,
not the families themselves.)
