Microsoft Office: The Microsoft office CD in the ES wallet is to be used when a previously purchased school owned PC needs their software refreshed. Here are the Installation Directions. New CWCS computers will need to have Microsoft Office ordered from the vendor of your choice. Dell, GovConnection and Office Depot are possible options.

AVG Antivirus: ESes go to the IEM Support page for the ES AVG download. Here is a link for you to give your parents to update their CWCS AVG file (on school owned pc computers), send them this link. The user id and password information for both ES and parent downloads can be found in FRED on the passwords tab of the ES detail screen.
