Log in and choose State Analysis--Longitudinal analysis-- CST Change range boxes to CST-STAR 05-06 to CST Star 06-07

Choose either English or Math

Choose Cross sectional Compare by "Student"

Scale score will give you number comparisons

Performance level will give you band gains (i.e. basic to proficient)

You will run 4 reports:

Content Area : English-Language Arts/Scale Score Content Area: ELA/Performance level

Content: Math/Scale Score

Content: Math/Performance level

This will show all students you had last year and this year. You have to sift through to find the ones that were with you both years and had gains.
